These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Combin.studio platform operated by Orion Twin Dijital İkiz Yapay Zeka Teknolojileri A.Ş. ("Company", "Orion Twin").
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Definitions
- Platform: Combin.studio
- Company: Orion Twin Dijital İkiz Yapay Zeka Teknolojileri A.Ş.
- User: Any individual or entity accessing the Platform
- Content: Photos uploaded by the User and AI-generated outputs produced by the Platform
2. Purpose of the Service
Combin.studio allows Users to upload product photos and generate AI-based model images and catalog visuals.
The Company does not guarantee:
- Visual accuracy
- Color correctness
- Model proportions or poses
- Output consistency
- Or suitability for commercial use
3. User Responsibilities
The User is solely responsible for:
- Ensuring uploaded images are legal and copyright-compliant
- Avoiding any inappropriate, unlawful, or harmful content
- Ensuring they own or have rights to all uploaded images
- Using outputs in a manner compliant with advertising and consumer protection laws
3.1 Product–AI Output Inconsistency
AI-generated images may differ from real products due to:
- Lighting
- Colors
- Fabric texture
- Body shape
- Pose
- Algorithmic variation
All customer complaints, returns, dissatisfaction, or legal issues caused by such inconsistencies are the User's sole responsibility.
The Company accepts no liability for any commercial or reputational consequences.
4. Copyright & Usage Rights
- All uploaded product images and all generated AI outputs are the copyright property of Orion Twin.
- Users receive a limited license to use outputs only while their subscription is active.
- When the subscription ends, all usage rights are revoked.
5. Service Quality & Disclaimer
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
The Company does not guarantee:
- Output quality
- Accuracy of AI rendering
- Service uptime
- Error-free operation
- Suitability for any commercial purpose
5.1 Credit Refund Requests
If a User receives a defective or undesirable output, they may request a credit refund by emailing:

Orion Twin reserves full discretion to approve or reject credit refund requests.
6. Intellectual Property
All software, algorithms, branding, and design elements of the Platform belong to the Company. Reverse engineering, copying, or unauthorized reproduction is strictly prohibited.
7. Payments & Subscription
- All payments are handled through third-party payment providers.
- The Company never has access to User payment information.
- When a subscription ends, access to the Platform and all usage rights for generated outputs immediately cease.
8. Account Termination
The Company may suspend or terminate accounts for:
- Abuse or misuse of the Platform
- Copyright infringement
- Illegal content
- System manipulation
- Violations of these Terms
9. Termination by User
Users may delete their accounts at any time. Account deletion does not entitle the User to refunds unless explicitly approved by the Company.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any dispute shall be resolved before the courts of Istanbul.
